Position:Sr. Digital Sales Executive

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $28,600 plus commission. Tiered commission available ($36,400 annual) paid monthly at 30% to 100% based on monthly performance to goal. Above goal commission paid at 12% of above goal sales.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5 pm

Location: Hybrid on Site/Remote

About this role:

As a Senior Digital Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind regional and national advertising revenue, utilizing your charm, expertise, and innovative strategies to exceed targets! Whether you're sealing the deal face-to-face or virtually, you'll be a key player in our dynamic team environment, dedicated to serving our customers, company, colleagues, and yourself! 

What you'll do:

SALES:

•   Develop and nurture a dynamic sales pipeline to drive goal achievement and fuel continuous revenue and territory growth.

•   Dive deep into customer insights, uncovering their current promotion plans and digital brand footprint to tailor irresistible solutions.

•   Craft detailed customer profiles, analyzing their consumer targets, promotion mix needs, and positioning strategy to deliver customized solutions.

•   Conduct strategic analyses to showcase how our products and services can serve as the ultimate advertising and sales promotion solution.

•   Present compelling findings to clients, sparking excitement and commitment to our offerings through engaging negotiations and analysis.
