Position: Digital Revenue Specialist

Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Salary: $28.85/hr, $5,000 bonus available paid quarterly at $1,250 as earned

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Location: Spokane, WA – Hybrid

About this role: Acting as the central point of coordination for digital opportunities, the Digital Revenue Specialist leads the creation of impactful advertising solutions using a mix of owned and operated and agency products. This position works collaboratively with sales and leadership to strengthen client offerings, increase revenue performance, and expand the sales pipeline. Success in this role comes from strategic thinking to deliver results across both new and existing accounts.

What you'll do: In this role, you will engage in digital revenue strategy, build and present impactful client solutions, and drive growth through upselling and new business development. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure successful campaign implementation while using performance insights and industry expertise to optimize results and support overall sales success.

·         Strategy & Partnership: Lead digital revenue strategy in partnership with Sales Executives while supporting and influencing overall sales strategy to grow digital revenue.

·         Client Solutions & Presentations: Develop and present effective digital proposals aligned with client goals and participate in client-facing pitches and strategy sessions.

·         Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive growth through increased product adoption and upselling as well as identifying new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.

·         Collaboration & Execution: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful campaign performance.

·         Insights & Expertise: Leverage campaign data and industry trends to optimize results and maintain deep knowledge of digital products and solutions.

·         Leadership & Advocacy: Champion digital revenue initiatives across the organization.
