Position Title:   YouTube Digital Content Producer

Position Status: Full Time- Non-Exempt

Position Pay: $20.19-24.00 Per/ Hr.

 

SUMMARY
The “YouTube Digital Content Producer” has a unique and important role primarily supporting the strategy, content delivery and optimization, and monetization for our company’s YouTube channels. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Audience and Marketing, who will decide on scheduling and evaluate your performance relative to the job description, as well as other managers. Our operation is based on a story-centric workflow. That means we prioritize story treatment across a variety of platforms, from our linear broadcasts to our streaming services, as well as social media and our digital properties. This role will be hyper-focused on the growth and monetization of our YouTube channels by strategically leveraging content from across our organization and applying your YouTube expertise to make the content discoverable, engaging, and revenue generating.
